Claudia Thomas lives in Sagaponack, New York and paints at Robert Dash's Madoo Conservancy. Her trained eye brought success to her career in the New York fashion industry where she identified and worked with some of the top names in fashion today. Her journalistic background with Vogue and extensive travel, including living in Australia for six years, has influenced and informed Thomas' visual vocabulary.

"All of my work, whether oil, pastel or print, draws on the color, light and line of remembered places, from the local East End beaches and fields I see everyday to the textures and moods of travels to Asia and Europe."
